I received my rug a few days ago, and it still won’t lay flat. How do I remove the wrinkles?
Area rugs usually ship wrapped and rolled, so sometimes creases form in the rug. Don’t worry, just follow the steps found in this article and your rug should be beautifully lying flat within a week or so.
I see a design that I love, but I have a 14.5’ long hallway that I’d like the rug to be in. Is there any way that I can custom order something?
We offer different roll runners in many of our collections. These can be custom cut and special ordered through many of our brick and mortar partners or found in pre-cut sizes online. Please e-mail info@homedynamix.com for specific information.
